• Produced in the early/mid 1930's in Elkhart with the newer very sturdy frame
• Great, old, very resonant rosewood
• Full-dress wrap-around black pearl
• Bars are 2 1/4" to 1 3/4" wide and 7/8" thick
• Split frame for easy transport
• Present owner purchased in 1990 and took it out only once for the Marimba Festival Orchestra PAS at West Point in 1999
• Has a few of the expected dings and scratches in the frame and resonators, etc.
